Poor: -1 skill bonus, no enchantment points and half the cost

Fine: +1 damage bonus, 5 enchantment points and 10 times the cost

Very Fine: +1 skill bonus, +1 damage bonus, 10 enchantment points and 20 times the cost

Exquisite:  +1 critical level, + 1 skill bonus, +1 damage bonus, 20 enchantment points 100 times the cost 

 Armor Quality 

Poor: +1 armor skill penalty, no enchantment points and half the cost

Fine: -1 armor skill penalty, 5 enchantment points and 10 times the cost

Very Fine: +1 armor rating bonus,  -1 armor skill penalty, 10 enchantment points and 20 times the cost

Exquisite:  +1 defense rating, +1 armor rating bonus,  -1 armor skill penalty, 20 enchantment points 100 times the cost
